"Mike was on time and quick on the draw for starting projects. We used him to finish the kitchen for us. I want to say that when he came in, our house was a disaster due to a plumbing leak in which insurance was working on with their contractor. Mike didn’t skip a beat, worked around everything and did a fantastic job on the backsplash and the can lights. I feel a little bad because I’m fairly talkative and I found several other projects for him after we decided we were listing the house. His work has been outstanding on every project so far and can tackle many jobs. He’s is about to start painting our house this week and has fixed several issues in the meantime. "TDC (Garrett and his crew) did an excellent job. I had major renovations to my cabin.. new railing, deck, siding, roof ridge, stairs, to painting and misc stuff came up…. One of my favorites was the cover he built to hide the meters….. They were professional, kept the site clean, punctual and very accommodating. I could not be there, so Garrett took daily videos and explained the work that was done. He consistently communicated on the status and overall completed the job as planned. "Allwyn was incredible and the only consistently effective and efficient aspect of our remodel. We added a bedroom to our townhouse and Allwyn made it easy, fast, and has an eye for detail that was above and beyond what we expected. He has an eye for details that made the reno completely match the previous townhouse details. He also corrected several mistakes that were made by other vendors, such as where we purchased the windows/doors from, and fixed it before it added any costs and delays to us. Additionally, we had some massive delays due to our inept HOA but Allwyn was able to work around those delays and put in some insane hours to get the renovation completed before our new baby was born. He made the entire process so much better and was easy to work with during the entire process. Can't recommend him and his company enough!"
